PLEASE NOTE : Due to availability, Greg will only accept new athletes aged 12 years and older already performing at Club, State or Representative level or above in their sporting discipline. 

Here at Speedcity, we believe that you need to train year round to ensure that you are always progressing toward your ultimate goals.

With this face to face service, you will get:

  • 60-75 minute session training with a Speed & Agility Coach or Performance Director.
  • Coach Smith (if available) will watch your training session from start to finish. As well as give advice when needed. 
  • The session requires that you water for hydration, towel, joggers, training attire, competition shoes such as footy boots, rugby boots, cleats or any shoes designated for your sport. 
  • To maximise this service, it's best to be on time and prepared for your training session. Make sure you're warmed up and set to go at the time Coach Greg has book you in for the session. The initial session's warmups will be conducted by Coach Greg himself
  • These training sessions are available on Wednesdays and Fridays at 5.00pm. 
  • This service is also available for local, national, and international athletes. 
  • This program begins Wednesday 12th June. Limited bookings available.  

The speed training for team sports sessions are for all athletes of all sporting backgrounds looking to improve their speed, power, and agility. Discounts are available for multiple athlete bookings within a family.
