Frequently Asked Questions

Here's a list of the most frequently asked questions regarding group training, online training programs, and remote coaching.

Q: How do I book for one of your sessions?
A: You can book online by choosing the option best suited for you. After selecting the option, you can checkout and make payment. Because we are training at several different locations, we ask that you contact us first.

Q: What are your payment options?
A: You can purchase anything on our website by using either Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Bank Deposit (Bank deposit is only available for Australian customers).

Q: Once I have selected the class that I need and paid, what's the next step?
A: Once we have verified your booking, we will contact you either by phone or email confirming your registration and providing you with the information you need to start training.

Q: Do you provide private sessions?
A: At the moment, we don't offer private or 1-on-1 sessions for training.

Q: Can I do a trial session?
A: Because of limited spaces, we no longer offer trial sessions for free. You will have to pay $20 to trial. If you don't want to pay you are able to come and watch one of our sessions to see if it's suitable for you.

Q: Can I improve my speed?
A: Yes you can but it also depends on how well you adapt to technique, coordination and how committed you are to improvement. Patience is important. We have some athletes who have been committed to their craft for years and those hours of training is the reason for their improvement. We ask that you keep an open mind and treat sprinting the same way as any other skill you've learned from another sport.

Q: How do I cancel if I don't want to continue training?
A: Please contact us within 1 week of your monthly payment being due or 2 weeks within your quarterly payment being due. On a pack of 8, you don't have to contact us as once you are finish, there's no need to make another purchase.

Q: Is training cancelled if there's rain?
A: The Athletics Centre that we use is open even when there's rain. If for any reason the conditions aren't favourable for training, you will be notified by either email or SMS. At the moment, we are training at grass ovals as our normal Athletics Centre is closed until April 2022. In many cases, wet weather will cause the grass oval to be closed.

Q: How are your Sprint FAST online programs delivered?
A: After you have purchased an online program within 24-48 hours, you will receive an email from us providing a link for you to download your program. All programs are delivered in PDF format.

Q: What if I have a question that I can't find an answer for on your website?
A: Please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
