Mix and Match Price Structure
Our training location is inside the Blacktown International Sportspark in Rooty Hill NSW. We train inside the Athletics Centre. We also do Resistance sprints classes on a hill just across from the Athletics Centre.
Prices are listed for each class. You can pay by the month, quarterly, as well as a pack of 8 sessions. Please note: those who pay by monthly or quarterly can attend 1 or more same class depending on the size of the classes.
In all cases, before attending another class that you have not originally registered for, we ask that you contact us first to make sure the class is available. It will cost an additional $100 to attend a different class that you're not registered too.
With a "pack of 8" sessions, every class you attend will count against the number of 8 sessions you have available. You have 12 weeks to use your pack of 8 sessions before they expire.

Q: How do I book for one of your sessions?
A: You can book online by choosing the option best suited for you. After selecting the option, you can checkout and make payment.
Q: What are your payment options?
A: You can book any of our coaching services online using either Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Bank Deposit.
Q: Once I have selected the class that I need and paid, what's the next step?
A: Once we have verified your booking, we will contact you either by phone or email confirming your registration and providing you with the information you need to start training.
Q: Do you provide private sessions?
A: We offer private sessions. Spaces are very limited so, you need to contact us by email so, we can provide more information.
Q: Can I do a trial session?
A: Because of limited spaces, we no longer offer trial sessions for free. You will have to pay $20 to trial. If you don't want to pay you are able to come and watch one of our sessions to see if it's suitable for you.
Q: Can I improve my speed?
A: Yes you can but it also depends on how well you adapt to technique, coordination and how committed you are to improvement. Patience is important. We have some athletes who have been committed to their craft for years and those hours of training is the reason for their improvement. We ask that you keep an open mind and treat sprinting the same way as any other skill you've learned from another sport.
Q: How do I cancel if I don't want to continue training?
A: Please contact us within 1 week of your monthly payment being due or 2 weeks within your quarterly payment being due. On a pack of 8, you don't have to contact us as once you are finish, there's no need to make another purchase.
Q: Is training cancelled if there's rain?
A: The Athletics Centre that we use is open even when there's rain. If for any reason the conditions aren't favourable for training, you will be notified by either email or SMS.
