At the moment, Speedcity and their coaches are now accepting athletes who are looking for 1-on-1 training or private training.
The training will be conducted with Coach Tatiana at private rates based on first session initial evaluation and how many sessions you're looking to start with at the time of your booking. Usually after the initial evaluation session, they will have a set rate on each session per hour. This program is for those athletes or parents seeking professional coaching in the areas of throws (Shotput or Discus).
Your will receive one hour (60 minutes) of the following:
- Warmup & Activation
- Throwing Technique
- Event Specific Work
- Power Development
- Strength Development
- General Strength Circuits
This is your opportunity depending on age and experience to work with a private coach weekly and accelerate your technical efficiency for the event. Ideally, if you're also working in a group setting, doing at least one (1) private session per week is also going to be a lot more effective on your development.
Rates of Services
- Coach Tatiana - Initial consultation $75/hr, Hourly rate $60/hr
- Please note: There will be an additional travel fee included with the costs should Tatiana travel to you. The amount can be discussed before booking.
Tatiana has available times throughout the week and she also provide possible discounts on private sessions if you book a month worth of private training sessions at one time.
