8-Week Speed Training Program — 4–5 days per week of structured training including sprinting, weight room work, plyometrics, and conditioning.
This program suits sprinters, jumpers, team sports athletes and anyone trying to become explosive and develop more elastic strength. You will improve your power development, maximum strength, and strength endurance mechanics immensely. We only provide prebuilt programs as we know some people may not have the resources in their area to have personal coaching and this is more affordable for your budget.
