This training is for kids aged 12 years and under who has never had any experience with a coach. Program allows kids to understand the basics of technique, speed development, speed endurance, core strength, and interval lactic capacity. The training sessions are only available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5.30pm to 6.30pm.
Training commence with a warmup so, we always ask athletes to get to this session at least 10-15 minutes before it starts so, you're able to experience the most out of your sessions.
Training goes for 12 weeks and you have the option of training 1 day each week or 2 days each week.
