This training is for kids aged 12 years and under who has never had any experience with a coach. Program allows kids to understand the basics of technique, speed, power, core strength, and flexibility. Will learn also the fundamentals of how to take off and consistently land properly in the sand. Also, you will be taught other aspects of the long jump event. The training sessions are only available on Mondays from 4.30pm to 5.30pm.
Training commence with a warmup so, we always ask athletes to get to this session at least 10-15 minutes before it starts so, you're able to experience the most out of your sessions.
Training goes for 12 weeks and currently we only offer Mondays as an option. This is a beginners class.
