
You can attend Middle Distance training on Mondays and Thursdays each week. You have your choice of attend one day or attending both days. Training requires a good level of fitness and we work on speed, speed endurance, as well as lactate and aerobic capacity.
Pack of 8 sessions is a new option we are offering in 2020. This is for any athlete/parent who can't attend regular class schedule each week but would like to come casually whenever they can. Pack of 8 expires 12 weeks after purchase.
Please note: Blacktown Council requires every athlete to have a membership for insurance purpose. This membership is separate costs from our training service. For more information, please click this link.
