This program is designed for any athlete or gym enthusiasts who’s looking for a change in their traditional strength program. This program is also for an experience athlete who has had some experience in the gym as well as a gym instructor who may be working with a novice athlete and looking for exercises to teach them.
This program is designed for the short sprints, as well as any athlete who needs to sprint between 40 yards and 200m for their sport or testing. This program works for athletes in the following events and team sports.
