The adult fitness bootcamp program includes workouts which are designed to be used you keep you actively moving, working through circuits and strength endurance training to help you develop a basic level of general fitness.

Adult Fitness Bootcamps are conducted from 6.30am to 8.00am (Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday).
Sessions are held near Blacktown International Sportspark, normally at Morreau Reserve, Curry Street, Rooty Hill 2766.
